Terms & Conditions

Acceptance

Access to and use of the website El Mundo Fagotero implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the Site.

Description of the service

El Mundo Fagotero is a free educational and cultural resource about the bassoon. The services offered include:

• Free sheet music for works in the public domain or with a free-use licence.
• Articles and guides on technique, maintenance, history and performance practice of the bassoon.
• Material recommendations through the Amazon Associates Affiliate Programme.

The Site does not offer formal education services, professional advice or direct product sales.

Permitted and prohibited uses

The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. The following are permitted:

• Browsing, downloading and personal, non-commercial use of the free scores and content.
• Sharing content by citing the source (Site name and URL).

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting the content without prior written authorisation from the owner.
• Automated scraping, bulk indexing or any use that overloads the Site’s servers.
• Modifying or defacing the Site’s content.

Intellectual property

Original content — articles, images, design — is the property of the owner and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Sheet music is in the public domain or carries the corresponding licence, as indicated on each entry.

Amazon Associates Affiliate Programme

Some product recommendations include Amazon Associates affiliate links. The owner receives a small commission when a user makes a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to the buyer.

Recommendations are based on real use of the materials in bassoon teaching. Receiving a commission does not influence product recommendations.

The owner is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide websites with a means to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.

The owner takes the utmost care to ensure the quality and currency of the content, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors, omissions or outdated information. The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

The owner is not liable for:

• Damages arising from the use of the Site or the recommended products.
• The continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Site.
• The content of linked third-party websites.
• Discrepancies between prices shown on the Site and actual prices on Amazon, which may change at any time.

Modifications to the service and these terms

The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any of its services at any time, as well as to update these Terms. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Partial invalidity

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable by judicial or administrative decision, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU regulations. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the user’s place of domicile.
